天熱時,吃吃輕食涼麵還蠻讚的囉!
食材:
(A).義大利長麵/蝴蝶麵/管麵(一人份)
(B).適量的紅蘿蔔、洋蔥
(C).適量小黃瓜
(D).火腿(2湯匙)
(E).鮪魚(2湯匙)
調味料(醬汁混合拌勻):
義式沙拉醋 1湯匙半
白酒醋 1湯匙
芥末粉 1湯匙
橄欖油 半湯匙
作法:
1.將(A)義大利麵放入滾水中煮約10分鐘至熟,接著撈起瀝乾水份,放涼備用。
2.洋蔥剝皮後一半切絲一半切塊,燙熟瀝乾水份,放涼備用。
3.將紅蘿蔔和小黃瓜洗淨瀝乾切絲,備用。
4.將醬汁淋在放涼後的義大利麵上,再加入其他食材料拌勻(D),(E),(B),(C)放旁邊即可。

(B). Appropriate amount of carrot, onion
(C). Appropriate gherkin
(D). Ham (2 tablespoons)
(E). Tuna fish (2 tablespoons)
Seasoning (sauce mixture and mix well):
Salad vinegar 1 tablespoon espresso half
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard powder
Tbsp olive oil
Practice:
1 (A) a pasta into boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes until cooked, then picked up the drain and let cool.

3. The carrots and shredded cucumber wash and drain and set aside.
4 would be gravy let cool Italian side, then add other food material mix (D), (E), (B), (C) placed next to the can.
