【食譜】澳洲穀飼紐約克牛排 Steak (Recipe notes)

晚餐做:海鹽 + 牛排。一級棒,推薦。
那個筋...口感超好的,原味的就很甜了,不用加任何調味就很甜喔。



食材:
半條牛肉捲 + 檸檬汁 costco 澳洲穀飼紐約克牛排,一公斤899元。

做法:
1. 牛排用食用冷水沖洗乾淨, 用海鹽醃10分鐘
2. 用鍋子煎一下, 為的是讓裡面的肉?些, 湯汁鎖起來些
3. 我怕表面太焦, 用料理紙包起來烤, 氣炸鍋180度7~10分鐘, 依您的牛片大小和想的熟度自行調整喔!
